Horner Wines Dinner
We love Ash Horner. He’s just the most typical, Aussie larakin that makes decent wine you know? Our favourite kind of person. We also love how much he experiments with different varietals. Picpoul, Marsanne, Montepulciano… he does it all! Whilst based in the Hunter Valley, he is really stepping out and experimenting with so many grapes from different regions.
Join us for a unique food and wine journey on Thursday 19th June. $250pp. It’s only limited to 20 people so you can interact, ask all the questions and really connect with both the menu and the winemaker!

Winemaker Wednesday: Tractorless Vineyard Farm to Table Dinner
Chef Dylan will be creating a menu to highlight the beautiful, regenerative wines from Jeff at Tractorless in the Southern Highlands (very underrated wine region) and using produce from his farm! This is a true Farm to Table dinner brought to the city!
(if you don’t like Lamb, this won’t be the dinner for you…or it may open up your mind, who knows)
