Chef Dylan will be creating a menu to highlight the beautiful, regenerative wines from Jeff at Tractorless in the Southern Highlands (very underrated wine region) and using produce from his farm! This is a true Farm to Table dinner brought to the city!
(if you don’t like Lamb, this won’t be the dinner for you…or it may open up your mind, who knows)
