Our dining experience lasts for 2- 3 hours. Our bookings are open from 5pm on Thursday - Saturday. If you need to go to a Show or Event, please let us know in the booking so we can ensure you are out on time.
Please note, 5pm/5:15pm/5:30pm/6pm tables will be reseated 2.5hours later.

On Thursdays, we offer BYO with a $30 per bottle fee.

Please be on time for your booking to allow our staff to give you the best possible dining experience and to ensure the other guests in the venue also receive the same level of service.

We exclusively offer a 7+ Course Tasting Menu for $169 per person and offer different “add-ons” or “supplementary” courses each week.
Our menu is based solely on NSW producers and from farmers we work with directly.
Due to the nature of our sourcing, we cannot offer any menu changes on the night.

You will be informed of the producers on the week of your booking (please check your emails including Spam on the Monday/Tuesday of your booking) and it is your responsibility to notify the restaurant should any of your guests be unable to eat anything from these producers.

Dietary requirements must be supplied a minimum of 48 hours prior to dining and changes may not be possible due to the nature of our food offering. Whilst we cater to allergies, coeliac, pregnancy, vegetarian/pescatarian & religious observations, we do not cater to dietary preferences, FODMAP, Dairy Free or Vegan.

We require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations of your booking, failing to do so with incur a cost of $50pp.

Same day cancellations will incur a fee of $169 per guest.

Tables of 6 or more incur a mandatory 10% surcharge, please email us to book larger groups as the system only allows for max 6 people.
